Apartment Management System (AMS)
Effective Date: 15.08.2026
Subject to these terms, Exalted Solution grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the AMS application on a device that you own or control.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
The App and all related intellectual property remain the property of Exalted Solution or its licensors.
You remain responsible for information and content you submit through the App and confirm that you have the necessary rights and authority to submit it.
We may provide updates, fixes, security patches, or feature changes. Some updates may be required to continue using the App.
The App may integrate third-party services such as payment, notification, hosting, analytics, or mapping services. Those services may have separate terms.
This license ends if you stop using the App, uninstall it, or if access is terminated under the applicable Terms and Conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
