1. Introduction

Exalted Solution (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Apartment Management System (“App” or “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when residents and managers use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

1. Account information such as name, email address, phone number, login/account identifiers, and profile information.
2. Apartment and resident records, including apartment details, resident/tenant information, maintenance-related information, visitor information, announcements, and payment records where applicable.
3. Location information when the user grants location permission and when required for an available feature.
4. Device and technical information needed to operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the App.
5. Payment-related transaction information. Complete card/banking credentials are not intended to be stored by us where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and manage accounts, authenticate users, manage apartment and resident records, process requests and payments, send notifications, provide support, maintain security, improve the Service, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Location

Location access is used only for features that require it and subject to device permission. Users can manage or revoke location permission through device settings.

5. Push Notifications

We may send notifications about maintenance, visitor activity, payments, announcements, emergency messages, and account activity. Notifications can be controlled through device settings.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply. We do not intentionally store complete payment card or banking credentials on our servers.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to authorized apartment managers/administrators, service providers supporting hosting, payments, notifications or technical operations, and authorities where legally required.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted transmission, access controls, and security monitoring. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, meet contractual or legal requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain legitimate business records.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for authorized residents, apartment managers, and other users. It is not specifically directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The App may use third-party services such as cloud hosting, payment gateways, Google Play services, push notification services, analytics, or crash reporting tools. Their data practices are governed by their respective policies.
